If she signed up with a solar company they gave her the solar panels upfront at no charge with the promise to keep them on for 20-25 years. There is a lien on her home until she pays for them off. She can have them taken off however she signed an agreement with their company so not sure how that will work out in civil court. I almost got tricked into signing up with a solar company too, however I didn't want the lien on my home so I ended up not moving forward with the agreement.

This salesman’s have no feelings

I had two high pressure salesman and woman as a team badger me when I was on my front porch with this BS. They would not leave so I called the non emergency number to the police department and had speaker phone on. Let’s just say it didn’t take long for them to leave then. After I told them to leave several times. 😄😂🤣
