I like this idea. The Khruangbin time in my life has been wonderful! Watched my daughter graduate from an Ivy League School yesterday and all I could hear was Dern Kala, instead of Pomp and Circumstance 😂😂😂😂 It's the best Step Right Up and claim your wonderful place in the world, music! And then she got engaged at the reception dinner that followed. Wonderful times indeed.

@theyearofthenine I love Tame Impala's music, and it's some of my favorite music to listen to atm, but Kevin Parker is nowhere near as skilled with melodic/lyrical guitar playing like this, and his drumming is way below DJ here. His greatest talent is his ability to piece together entire compositions himself and mix everything.

He is, right? I know jack shit about drumming but I'm used to being impressed by guys like Chris Pennie from Dillinger Escape Plan. And he does it all while barely moving and looking completely bored.

I hope Krraugbin see this comment. I'm a 40 years old single father of 3 beautiful baby girls and I have NEVER hear music like this;...I'm sure that's blasphemy to your fans and genre but I just have never been around anything at all even remotely close to this and let me tell you, when this started I got an entire BOdY head to toe of chills and goosebumps!!!!!!! Not sure I've experienced that for ANYTHING in my life but your random video popped up that I'd never really heard of and the music isn't like anything I've ever heard but man I found myself completely grooving and head bobbin to your sound and I LOVE IT!!! I appologise to the REAL longtime. Fans of this group and style for not knowing but MAN I can even describe how epic this was to me,..completely new style for me personally but I LOVEEEE it!!!!! The drummer is literally perfect and I think t he cut!!! nONSTOP!!! N we seen anything like it as consistency and perfection goes and tie the bass player is beautiful but MAN she has talent !!!!! You can tell it's passion no Jsut music!!! And then lastly.......by suredly NOT least,... the guitar,....I've never seen talent like that before!!!! It's literally innthe same pages as Hendrix!! My gosh what a combination !!!! So stoked to SO some reasearch after this and see what hey are all about!!! Seem to have a huge loyal fan base and sad I haven't seen them sooner!!! Saw them when working at latitude in Suffolk UK recently. We couldn't find anyone to mix on the other stages because every audio tech on the festival site of 40'000 people was in the front row for the whole set. The punters didn't stand a chance, the first 3 rows were a sea of black clothed people with coffee and spliffs in hand. Thats the highest compliment you can pay any band doing the festival circuit. The people that know know!

The start of The N° 3 with surround super bass headphones is the thing that has given me the most chills in my entire life. Also white gloves.

Saw them a couple years ago at a little home-brew music festival in the middle of the Adirondack mountains. For an hour and a half, they had us in the palm of their hands. The people were beautiful, the psychs were flowing, and the grooves were insatiable.

Tyler Norbur sounds like bliss. I saw them last fall in a campus venue, they were great but it could have been a better setting...

This guy is maybe the best guitarist in the world right now, and I'm not joking.

Wish he lived around the corner........I'd drug him, tie him up with mic cables and keep him in the basement.

The drummers heart once skipped a beat but only to create space in the mix.

Where have I been? Thanks youtube for discovering me this band TODAY! 11/28/2019. It was about time. I can't wait to get high and listen to this...

I think I’ve watched just about every Khruangbin gig on KZfaq now - all great - but this one IMHO has the best vibe of them all. Plus Mark’s soloing has a real blistering edge to it in this gig. Truly wonderful.

This is the first concert where I hear Laura actually laying down a groove on some songs! I do like her unique static riffs but I'm still pleasantly surprised!

@neolithic Check out the gear rundown with Mark, the guitarist. "Sometimes people tell me I sound like Jimi. No I don't. Jimi sounds like Jimi--and he's amazing--but I'm really trying to sound like Ernie."
