My friend from Delhi makes this metha but she blends the apricots after boiling them and makes a smooth consistency and serves it with plenty of fresh cream. It’s delicious.

Actually the authentic recipe is the blended one. One can serve it with malai, cream and top it off with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
