As for gepf I won't say much about them. In 2016 my father dies and i was one of the beneficiaries. I submitted all the documents they needed and in the system it show that I was indeed the beneficiary to cut the story short I would call them to check when the money will be out and they will tell me by the end of the month it will be out I would wait but still nothing. I would call again and still empty promises I even went to their office but still nothing only empty promises.I got to a point where I had to give up because it was draining me alot. And the delays made me think so much of my dad cos if he was around I won't be going though that. I needed the money to help me out since I'm at varsity n my mom is not working. Their service is not nice at all.
