One thing I have noticed that, malayalis can give maximum perfection to any language when singing.. I am 75yo. Everyday before I go to bed, I listen this rendition of Khwaja by the Thaikkudam Bridge. It helps me falling into deep sleep much easier. Compared to the original, here I can see the emotions of the singer right on their faces. (I understand that in the original movie, A R Rahman sang this song and the actors were just lip singing, I may be wrong; I stand corrected).
