the correct translation is the second one, so with “ł”pronounced like “w”. the name of the band actually means “meadow’s field”

try more of Łąki Łan (maybe you will find something with english subs) and try to learn about this band a bit, they have scene names from animals and nature and a lot of their songs are about Earth and ecology and love and being nice to each other!

Yeah D, he pretends he's Jamaican. Horrible disease, but if you want to hear some authentic, quality Polish music inspired by reggae genre - I do recommend 'DAAB - W moim ogrodzie', recorded back in the 80s. Still sound good.

Translation of the title according to one of the concepts: One swath (of any length) made by a farmer mowing a meadow with a scythe. It can be translated another way: the first line of the harvest, made by the reaper. It can be understood as the beginning of some war: the first harvest, the first beheadings... it's hard to translate it into English. I tried. That's why we call Łąka(singular), Łąki (plural), Łany Łąki (meadow waves).

To nie pole łąki, tylko jeden łan Łąki, czyli to co kosi rolnik za jednym ruchem , ma około metr szerokości i długość zależy od wielkości łąki albo siły rolnika. Pewnie wiesz ale napisałem tak dla wyjaśnienia innym .
