Ingredients: (1 cup= 250ml):
1/2 Cup water
1 cup sugar
Dry Fruits (Almonds, Raisins, Cashew, Tutti Fruitti, Cherries, walnut)
100 g butter
1 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 Cup Maida
2 egg
4 Cardamom
4Clove
2 Cinnamon Powder
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda

தேவையான பொருட்கள்: (1 கப் = 250 மிலி):
1/2 கப் தண்ணீர்
1 கப் சர்க்கரை
உலர் பழங்கள் (பாதாம், திராட்சை, முந்திரி, துத்தி பழம், செர்ரி, வால்நட்)
100 கிராம் வெண்ணெய்
1 தேக்கரண்டி வெண்ணிலா எசென்ஸ்
1 கப் மைதா
2 முட்டை
4 ஏலக்காய்
4 கிராம்பு
2 இலவங்கப்பட்டை தூள்
1 டீஸ்பூன் பேக்கிங் பவுடர்
1/2 டீஸ்பூன் பேக்கிங் சோடா
