I have severe pain on both sides of spinal and having pain on both sides of hip. When passing urine it not going completely and and I feel passing urine again after some time. സർ എന്റെ അമ്മയെ തവിട്ട എന്ന പാമ്പ് കടിച്ചിരുന്നു ആദ്യം പച്ച മരുന്ന് ചികിത്സ ആണ് നൽകിയത് പക്ഷെ പാമ്പ് കടിച്ചതിന് 4 മണിക്കൂർ കഴിഞ്ഞതിനു ശേഷം വേദന കൂടുകയും നീര് കൂടുകയും ചെയ്തു, അപ്പോൾ തന്നെ കോട്ടയം കാരിത്താസ് ഹോസ്പിറ്റലിൽ അഡ്മിറ്റാക്കി ഇപ്പോൾ നീരുണ്ട് വേദനയില്ല ഡോക്ടർ പറഞ്ഞത് creatine 2 ഉണ്ട് ചിലപ്പോൾ ഡയാലിസിസ് ചെയ്യേണ്ടി വരുമെന്ന് ഇത് എന്തെങ്കിലു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാകുമോ രോഗിക്ക്

sir, my serum creatnin value is at the border level - 1.29 (normal up to 1.3) and1.4 (normal up to 1.4 )( different methods used ). 2 Years ago it was 1.1 Physically I do not see any swelling on the face or legs and there is no colour change in urine, quantity and in odour. I had approached a General practitioner and he advised a scanning. Nothing was abnormal and no infection found in the report. no medicine prescribed. but still I am not satisfied......why the value is high?1.29/1.4???????????????I am monitoring this every 3 months since 2 Years. Please advise-should I consult a nephrologist? ( no albumin found in the urine)
