Regard same issue.... Just chek and change vacuum adopter in car... Same problem shows when vaccum adopter is damaged.. I have facing same problam in Mahindra boloro..ofter that I have changed vaccum adopter...then it's working normally...

i like the fire 🔥 in you, saw your videos, all your inputs on Kia Carens seems to be correct, except I drove diesel version breaking is worst which showroom people itself accepted you should have checked the breaking sensitivity as well... As it has all wheel disc i expected much more smoother response to touch on the break 👍👍👍

Turbo needs a minimum RPM to kick-in and lag will always be there in Indian city road conditions, where rpm varies a lot..so if you try to rev high to keep the turbo kicked in fuel efficiency will drastically drop. Buy a product fully understanding what is the user's actual requirement...there is no one size fits all solution / product out there..Indian customers are spoilt in a manner that they want everything (high fuel efficiency, large space, more power, 5-star safety) at cheaper price. Physics and economics doesn't allow this.

Consumers court will definitely help you bro, don't hesitate to go, u r free to go and file a case.. Before that sends a one notice regard issue facing in car and mentioned deadline to fix the issues.. They didn't respond to that also straight go to consumers court..

I bought Kia Sonet 1.5 Diesel in the year 2020 Dec. Drove 25000 Km so far. I am very much comfortable w it's performance price on 11.3L. This is my first car, not sure how the other cars would perform in this segment. On highway 20+ km/ltr. And from the beginning, I don't like the design of Carens it is looking more like Eritga. The best designed car in Kia is SELTOS and then Sonet.

In xl6 also I faced this problem only once at Ghat road, while vehicle is full of 6passingers, there is some traffic on inclined ghat road, in starting engine can't move vehicle forward , after turn off Ac engine got some power.. before xl6 I used i20 diesel , it's more better than xl6 in performance and I can hold vehile in inclined road by just half clutch..

This is not problem with Engine. looks like the problem lies with ECU which ramps the engine RPM with respect to throttle position and gear selected in transmission. Some modern vehicles get throttle by wire system where electronics plays major role in signal transmission.

Dear Teja, ok. కొన్ని problems వుండొచ్చు, కాదు అనను. కానీ ఏ car కూడా 300 RPM దగ్గర, ఆ చిన్న up లో, మీరు అంత accelarator ఇచ్చిన తర్వాత ముందుకి వెళ్లకుండా వుండదు. మీరు క్లచ్ ఎంత రిలీజ్ చేశారో కూడా చూపించాలి. క్లచ్ వొదల కుండా Vehicle ముందుకు ఎలా వెళ్తుంది.

turbo engines lo lower gears lo turbo lag untundi ... regular ga natural aspirated engine drive chese Val ki turbo lag low power ga kampistundi ... and turbo engines city mileage single figures lo ne untundi ... e car owner problem ade ankuntanu ... initial pickup turbo engine lo undadu ... but mid range awesome untundi .... naturally aspirated engine lo initial pickup awesome untundi mid range anta kick undadu ... but naturally aspirated Kia carens milega bagane undi compare to turbo petrol 🥳

absolutely agree. I am one of the owner. It has performance issue and mileage issues. Hill assist is only for 3sec, which is probably the cause of pickup issue on hill\slopes. This vehicle is good on plain road on highways, it is danger on ghat sections. on highway, we get 12kmpl and in city 6-8kmpl. This feedback is specifically for 1.4l turbo engine. Heard Kia is working on a software fix and is pending approval and might release in Oct 2022. Hope they come up with some fix. Dealers do not have any say, so no use going with them. Keep writing to Kia India.

Always go for diesel. They are called weight pulling beasts. While petrol cars are like donkeys who collapse when weight is added on them. Also very very poor resale for petrol cars. Showrooms try their best to make people buy petrol cars because they their godowns are filled with them when there is poor sales.

Every car has some defects and cons. 5 start cars doesn't need to be perfect. No car is perfect infact. People decides based on their budget and convenience. Maruti is for city with less maintainance, best service and mileage. Hyundai is for design, features and service. Kia is for only design and features. Tata is for build quality and features. Mahindra is for build quality only. Prices differ based on many factors. People decide according to their needs and budget.
