Mam taką. Wersja L+BL w kombi manual r. 2020. Myślałem, że po przesiadce z 530d będzie dramat, ale jestem miło zaskoczony tym autem (choć brakuje mi AT). Myślę, że bardzo mała masa (1277 kg) powoduje, że ten silnik daje sobie świetnie radę w tym aucie i w zupełności wystarczy nawet na autostradzie.

Duża różnica na plus dla kijanki w stosunku do i30. Czy to wina masy hyundaia czy może jednak aż tak spowalnia automat? Ponad 3sec do 160 jest już wyraźnie odczuwalne przynajmniej na autostradzie.

Co tak walnelo przy zmianie na 2i bieg? Silnik sie prezentuje dobrze. Zrobil bys jakis filmik o spalaniu przy 90, 140, w miescie. Cos takiego jak zrobiles z toyotami chr hsd i 1.2t

Nie wcisnalem sprzegls do konca, i takie sa efekty... wypadek przy pracy :) a spalania juz nie zrobie, oddalem juz auto :(

Miałem okazję jeździć autem z tym silnikiem i odnoszę wrażenie, że jest trochę zduszony. Nie mówię że jest słaby tylko wolniej wkręca się na obroty niż np. 1.4 TSI. Może to kwestia egzemplarza ? Nie wiem auto mogło być na dotarciu i nie było tak dynamiczne jak Octavia z 1.4 Tsi do której to przesiadłem się po Kii. Słyszałem też opinię że 1.4 tgdi posiada filtr SRC?? A 1.4 tsi nie, więc to może wpływało na takie odczucia.

Sam fakt, że posiadają je służby powinny dawać do myślenia, że to " niekulawe" auto, miałem przyjemość prowadzić H i30 z tym samym motorem, fajne auto, dojrzałe, to już nie te koreańce co 20 lat temu.

I've heard that there is some nice potential in the hyundai/kia engines and in the 1.4tgdi too. Here is a video (in german) kzfaq.info/get/bejne/qqddmdqJm9_HpGw.html where a tuner says something about it

Hey Im curious if you ended up chipping the car? I will get mine in November and am thinking the same thing.. However coming back to your question: There was a magazine in the Netherlands called Autoweek and they put the 1.0 t gdi on the dyno. It had 136 bhp instead of the 120. Then they did the 1.4 just for fun and found out that it had 160,5 instead of 140. So if you want to get a chip tune, then first let them see what your actual engine has as a baseline. Perhaps you don't even need to chip it. The video Jonas posted there the car only had 147 bhp to start with . So I think its really dependent on the car / engine itself. I guess the values fluctuate a lot per car. Let me know if you want to and i can send you a snippet of the article via PM. It is in dutch but i think you can google translate it for sure

Rick Goosens Hey man, I did not chip it. Main reason would be just out of fun, but realistically it is powerful enough. The performance ratio and how this car handles is just briliant. If I wanted more, I'd buy a sports car. Literally...

with mine Ceed 1.4 Turbo is the Vmax. limiter at 226 Km/H = a little bit downhill, on the straight 222 Km/H.

Yes, very long gears. On 4th gear you can reach 203 km/h!

I measure time by GPS, not by gauges :) most cars have diffrent speed on gauges and diffrent on gps

I timed this with my stopwatch on my phone to 100kph and it came up as 7.82 seconds... christ. I tried this another 3 times and all times it came up as under 8 seconds.

Remember that gauges are not accurate - thats why I use racelogic to measure times :)
