Spare parts price is Ok no worries regarding availability as kia forte actually share parts with hyundai elantra, the price is kinda on par with honda spare parts price.

@@gordonsoo Good Evening Gordon. Just wanna tell you that I've put deposit on a kia forte Koup today. With a few test drive from last 2 weeks. I've decided to go along with it. You got no idea how much you did help me! Especially with you videos and comment. The one i getting is Corsa Blue like yours. 😊

Hi Gordon, in the video you said that your speakers make a buzzing noise? Like a static noise? Mine constantly makes a buzzing or static noise especially when my volume is on low or not playing it all. I have added a 12in sub w/ 2 amps (1 for sub alone and 1 is for all 4 speakers) these stock speakers do hold up with all the punishment though! I have a 2012 Kia Forte Koup SX and have had it for 8 years.

In South Africa we didn't get the folding mirrors option for the first Gen Koup. Only the second Gen

Hey Gordon, based on your personal experience with your car. Would you recommend someone getting it in 2022? Been interested in this car, 2011/2012 around 100km - 150km mileage.

Hi, currently I am still driving this car 120k km mileage, so far I would say it still drives like a dream, I would say go ahead, but do remember to get a mechanic or something check the steering coupling, alternator and ECU health 1st b4 purchasing, but seriously these are just something that some owners told me, so far non of these issue ever happened to me.

Mine has 240,000 km , still runs good, had fix the turbo once but most likely because i was running with a short ram intake

Thank you. Very informative. I am looking at buying a 2011 2litre SX auto, here in New Zealand. Are they an 4 or 5 speed automatic?.

In Malaysia, a 2 litre SX auto, comes with a 6 speed automatic. I believe it should be the same worldwide unless u get the 1.6 litre 4 door variant.

True. All the rubber bushings on the Koups are weak

Hi bro, tq nice info , im on my way to take one but the 4 door versionlah , actually all your problem facing is actually like my father Optima K5 facing including the speaker sound crack on bass , just diy by hot glue gun the speaker paper cause the glue are gone i think 😅 other than that very satisfied with my dad K5, and im planning to own Forte soon . Thanks bro keep it up 👍🏼👍🏼

If you have a forte koup, pray you dont ever ever crash it. I crashed my car 8 months ago, not a strong crash but broke a headlight. Its simply impossible to find a replacement and many sellers list the standard forte headlight as compatible with koup, its not. If anybody have any clue about where to buy headlight for the koup, id love to know.

If the mileage is still reasonably low, why not? But it is advisable to bring along a mechanic of your own to get a good look at it, just to avoid any deceit. I personally like blue Forte Koup if I can get hold of one.

Mr gordon saya teringin nak pakai kia koup lau loan lulus...rasa barbaloi ke tidak saya beli tahun 2013 dan kerta dah ubah suai depan lampu dan bumper model cerato baru...nampk cantik tpi mantainance saya tidak pasti....bagi sedikit pandangan mr gordon.maaf saya x pandai english
