@@Z-Twinturbo It depends on the problem you are dealing with. If the actual switch has failed (window no longer goes up or down) then you will have to replace the assembly unless you are competent at soldering and manage to disassemble it without damaging the housing too much. If it is the button you press that actuates the switch that is broken (window keeps moving in the direction you press after you stop pressing it, or the window refuses to move in the opposite direction to the last time you pressed it) you can replace the button if you manage to get just the button. It is a tedious thing to attempt but can be done. I had the problem with the drivers button where the window wouldn't stop travelling until it was all the way up or all the way down. There is bit on the button that returns the button to the centre neutral position once you release it, and that tends to snap off.
