Күн бұрынKia is just launching the XCeed and I went to France for a drive around the coast. The new Cross over from Kia is based on the CEED but with a lot of visual changes.

I haven't been a fan of crossovers but today I test drove one of these and it was brilliant so I've traded my Avensis in for it, bought the Xceed 4 1.5 Petrol 158bhp manual in black paint, it's pretty quick, comfortable and quiet, the equipment level is insane too, it's a great car, forget about the badge people and test drive one

One of the best car designs in quite some time. All round success. They need to be more bold and elegant with the interior though.

Should've gone for a dip Bob! The water's the temperature of a bath at the moment. No need for a towel, you air dry in minutes! But don't worry. If Ireland keeps burning peat for power, you'll all be very toasty, very soon!

The cost of a Sportage for the size of a Ceed. No bigger than a Ceed, no extra practicality, only the tiniest bit taller.. how exactly is this a crossover? Looks nice but the price is well off the mark.

Just looked at Kia's site, and it's showing starts €3500 less than the Sportage.

@@NeoGee Where is that? On the UK site it has Xceed starting at £20795, and the Sportage starting at £20670. The Xceed IS MORE??!

Two side air condition ??? Please note in your video showed XCeed is two side automatic climate control!!! It is big difference.

Well, I got no information about the car at all. How does it ride? How is the suspension? How does it pull? Do you have enough space in the back seat? No comments at all, just telling what we can already see. 10 minutes video and almost no valuable information :(

Beautiful "looking" car Bob. Of all the vehicles at Frankfurt MS, this was the 'prettiest' and wasn't even inside the main auditorium...'twas outside in a glass box! If it ever comes in a "Cross Country 4x4" guise, I'd have it but not as it is...it's just a Kia!

Are Kia trying to take sales from Mercedes? The xceed looks very much like a GLA and the new Proceed looks very much like a CLA shooting brake.

Hi! Xceed is larger than Stonic by 26 centimeters(4.14m for Stonic vs 4.40m for Xceed), and boot capacity is 352 litres for Stonic, 426 litres for Xceed. It is also wider by 7 centimeters than Stonic, it comes with bigger wheels(18").

Nice ceed, but at that price it competes with sportage, and loses that battle at every aspect in my opinion. No hybrid? No automatic? For a 2020 car 🤐

There's already a Sportage... and if you want a Hyrbrid, Kia sells the equally sized Niro... This is unnecessary Kia, decide which crossover you want to sell from the start!!!! I prefer Xceed's design over all other Kias. So I wish they made this a hybrid instead of releasing the Niro.

Here in Slovakia Xceed starts at 17690EUR (1.0T-GDI manual) and you can get it also with 1.4 and 1.6 turbo petrol and 1.6 diesel. All except the 1-litre can be coupled to a 7-speed DCT. 1.6T-GDI auto starts at 24190EUR, which is not bad at all...

Nice Review Bob, nice car too. Had a look at Anna's video on the EQC Merc, and I'm sorry, but what's with her accent ?? Couldn't listen to any more of that. Keep them video's coming anyway.

Anna is Swiss so that’s the accent. Most Europeans learn a lot of English by watching American TV or going abroad.

You never showed us the engine. It's a little 1 litre so you'll have to flog it to get any poke out of it. My 2012 proceed diesel is probably the best car I ever bought but it's as boring as hell. Pokewise will go like the clappers if needed.
