Was in a relationship for 5 years. I was really happy, genuinely. I could be the most darkest and stupidest person, and he laughed and loved every part of that of me...then he changed...I accepted him that way, but he expected more and more , then I eventually found out that he was doing things behind my back... It was really out of nowhere, in the range of 3 weeks. We are no longer together. And it hurts. But the good thing about this pain is that I went through it, and now see a perspective that many don’t have when it comes to cutting ties with the person you are faithfully in love with, your best friend. I wanted to keep him in my life. But knew that I would never be able to view him as a friend as he went with another. But deep down, I wish he was my friend, although I know that that would never work out. This song really hit home to me, unfortunately though... I’ll never receive a text or a call from him ever again. Love Hurts. But sometimes, you need that pain to see both sides, live both sides, and survive both sides. Gotta love yourself first.

I was still seeing my ex after the break up and one night dropping her off, she wanted me to listen to this song and see if i liked it or not. Kianas vocals is very infatuating so i told her it was a good song. Not knowing that this was my ex speaking to me through the song. But the fact that I already knew she wanted to get back with me. I didnt pay it no mind at the time. Shit happened and she eventually was the one who ended things after our official break up. This song reminds me of her and it kills me that i dont know if shes doing well or not. This song forever in my playlist.
