This is one of the best studio apartments I have ever seen. The lay out is fantastic. Five out of 5 stars to the building designer. You have decorated it very nicely. 4 closets, unheard of.

I watched your tour 2 years ago and I’m watching it again and I still think this is one the best studio layout I’ve seen. It really started me on an obsession for studio apartments.

So weird I actually toured these apartments yesterday. Nice to see how someone set up their studio. I was toggling between studio or the 1 bed with open concept. Love your set up!

Nice tour! If that desk is the Ikea one I think it is, it has a space behind the drawers where you can tuck in cords and power strips. If you hide all that stuff away it'll look a lot neater. You could also consider putting a basket or trunk under the desk for storage (those old fashioned steamer trunks are cool and handy), or even ottomans like the one you have in your closet - storage plus extra seating.

never seen a one-bedroom apartment with four closets before let alone a studio! i would def take the smaller floorplan in order to have four closets! i love this set-up

One of the best layouts in design for a studio apt.

I love your place!!! Just a couple of suggestions; you can hang your TV on the wall with a bracket that swivels out to your bed and/or your chairs, and it’s really bad feng shui to face a mirror to reflect your bed. You can switch the side table to the other side and face the mirror towards the chairs. You would also be able to see your full body. You’re pretty organized. Good luck with everything.

I love your place! The only thing missing is the Murphy bed or sofa bed, the breakfast bar with stools and the patio! The closets and the W & D are a "Gold Mine!" ⭐⭐⭐

I love the apt! You should make a make up area in that bathroom closet and make an office in one of the 4 beautiful closets. It’s absolutely beautiful!

Your apartment is AWESOME. I'm more opposite, my apartment is smaller, it's under 250 sq feet, at first (and I'm honestly not saying this to be passive aggresive or to be a hater) I couldn't understand how it seemed to be "choppy", which isn't on you, it's on the builder, but it's actually BRILLIANT. Especially in my case where everything of mine is small, you have an amazing kitchen (living in a tiny apartment but in DT Mpls, I have appliances like stove and fridge but it's apartment size) but your color scheme, while opposite of mine, I'm more of a pastel girl (Okay, I'm 48) with metallic accents, getting most of my stuff on clearance from HomeGoods, Marshalls, Tj Maxx and Target, is stunning and the layout, in my case, cause I don't entertain, the amount of closet space you have, the size of your bathroom, is awesome and so beautifully decorated!!! Thanks for sharing!!! I hope you enjoy your space and it was great to see, for someone like me, while I love my pastel decor, if I did metallics, which I also love, I would've done similarly, except I don't think I have as much as grown up taste like you do, even though I'm probably twice your age ;)

That's a great studio!! It reminds me of apts in NYC. I saw your little storage /ottoman and thought it'd be so cute to hang a chandelier in your hall with the closets and put a rug in the center of the floor with the ottoman in the center of the rug under the chandelier. So happy for you❤

Ideal would be to put the tv on the wall and for the books some ikea shelves... would look way more organized and clean , because is already very beautiful!

Love your apt, have you thought about rearranging the desk in the place of your bookshelf? And putting the bookshelf in the place of your desk. Turning your chairs facing the tv and the back of the chairs facing your bed.

put some water resistant tape around the tube of the shower head to prevent your shower rack from falling forward. I had the same problem but this trick worked beautifully. just push the rack all the way back to the wall and then wined the take several times in-front of it.

LOVE YOUR PLACE!!! Suggestions: Put the tall wall mirror behind the mirrored night table. Take one of the foot stools in the closet and put it between the chairs in the living room. Maybe put your socks in it. Then you have the chairs to sit on when you're putting them on. You can also use the foot stool as foot stool. Duh! Put your feet up. Also extra seating when you have someone over.

Zip ties at the top in front of the shower caddy hook. Make it really tight and have the extra part on top to also help the caddy from falling.

I’ve used a command bath hooks to hold up my shower head caddy. It work perfectly fine.

Hi my name is Stormie and I’m a interior decorator, I love your apt it’s so cute and has lots of storage for a studio . I have some decor tips to that I think will help you live you apt even more! Entryway - you should definitely implement a nice round mirror with a cute bench under it to take to take off your shoes. Something like this pin.it/yhljmc5nuxklyl but you can add a cute flurry cushion to give it more of that lux look you like. Living room area - move your white shelf over about a inch to the left so that wire doesn’t show as much Tv stand - mount you tv on a swivel tv mount so that you can rotate your tv anyway you want and just mount a shelf on the wall to have more floor space , use a wired hider to condense your wires so it’s more of a clean look. I’ll be starting my channel soon to display tips & tricks and ways to achieve different looks

I just watched your apartment video... You asked how to make you shower organizer stay against the wall without falling... I too have a gray bathroom..very similar to yours. so I tied a gray hair band around the shower head in-front of the shower organizer... it has not moved in 2 years. Life saver!!! Thank me later :)

With the shower head caddy, we wrapped some tape around the ‘neck’ to the shower head and it helped to keep the caddy from falling down.

Ooh I love that mirror mosaic!! Don't touch it, it's perfect! I would take that lamp off the chair til you get it sorted. It just looks messy (sorry). Have you thought of mounting the TV onto the wall and using the desk as a dressing table? You may be restricted to drilling walls but I actually saw this stand that has like an upright bar with a TV bracket on it so it's freestanding and doesn't take up a ton of space.. I'm sure you could get it in the USA.

For your shower caddy, you can take it off the shower and use command strips to hang on you shower wall.
