Hahha its nothing like that its 50-50. U are saying in such a way that only diet has a importance.... But what about workout.... Eating junk that contain protien and carbs can make your muscles grow but not of good quality.. So make it 50-50

I love Kiara, she is sweet and cute and totally at the top of her game. I wish I could do what she does. But I can't drink coffee without milk and sugar and I can't eat bland food although we have been cutting down on salt a bit as we have gotten older. I like a few things she said: 1. Consistency no matter where you are 2. Eat in moderation even on holidays. 3. Always stay active, walk around. I walk a lot during holidays and haven't gained weight now in the past few years. i mean its easy for them their job is to look good they get paid to look good they go to gym and focus on their diet others like us have a 9-5 job cleaning once you get home then dinner so hard to make time for gym.

I respect ur words and what u said is 50% true however, gym and Yoga is not for actors only it's for everyone if u do Yoga u will see new health so yeah give 30-40 min for urself I know after getting home it's quite irritating and tiring but yeah if u need a good health u need to do Yoga, gym is up to u

It's not that easy dear ..like going to gym...is fine...but have so many restrictions in diet...n all..that's really a headache for them ..they had to follow it coz it's their part of life...they have to face the media...n trolls...n all that...everyday makeup n all...they also know that their skin will get damage ...but for their career...no so much time to spend with parents because of busy schedule...n all...everybody is facing struggle n hard work ... whether it be a superstar or an ordinary man

I am not an actress but i follow the same routine. i don't have sugar and use less salt.i workout everyday and eat healthy. it's not like i force myself for not eating junk food and all it's just that i love myself and i take care of myself and moreover i don't like junk food.and it comes naturally to me to take care of my health .i don't force myself for anything.

Thank you for sharing your diet. I follow a similar diet and that helped me treat my bipolar disorder. The only thing i would like to add is i use oil in tadka and all frying in ghee.
