Nice and helpful video. Regarding peeling garlic, if one has a knife like a cleaver or Chinese vegetable knife, then place garlic on the chopping board and press/slam the knife on the garlic. It makes garlic peeling so much easier

Beta Mai bottle opener ye wala use karati hun it’s amazing. Lasun ek Cotten ki bag me dalake usako kapade dhote ho vaise kitchen counter pe narane ka. Puri jaliya alag hoti h chilke. Bass stiching achhi chahiye thaili ki. More over ikea garlic smasher is very nice. It’s like a lemon squeezer . U put 1/2 clove n press it directly in kadhai on gas. No need of cutting tray.

Hi Priyanka , just microwave Garlic cloves for 20,30 sec and it will peel off easily.

Garlic peel karne ke liye aap garlic cloves to half hour water mein daal dijiye. Phir jab aap garlic skin peel karengi tab jyada mehnat nahi karni padegi. Try it.

लसूण पाकळ्या थोड्या शेकून घ्या माझ्या कडे एक लांबीला छोटी सुरी आहे. त्याने लसणीच्या खालच्या टोकाला एखादे साल काढले की सगळी साल पटकन निघून येते. तीच पध्दत मला सुटसुटीत वाटते. लसूण कोवळी ओली नसावी. किंचित शेकून घेतली तर सालं लवकर निघतात.
