Concrete slab ആണ് കൂടുതൽ കാലം നിൽക്കുന്നത്.25 വർഷം പഴയ വീട്ടിൽ ഇപ്പോഴും ഒരു കുഴപ്പം ഇല്ല 😄 പക്ഷെ പുതിയ വീട് വെച്ചപ്പോൾ steel ൽ ചെയ്തു ഗ്രാനൈറ്റ് ഇട്ടു 7 വർഷം ആയപ്പോൾ ഗ്രാനൈറ്റ് വിണ്ടു കീറി പൊട്ടൽ വീണു വീണ്ടും അതെല്ലാം പൊളിച്ചു കോൺക്രീറ്റ് സ്ലാബ് ഇടേണ്ടി വന്നു

ശരിയാണ്.. ക്യാബിനറ്റ് ഉള്ള അടുക്കളയിൽ ജീവി പെറ്റുപെരുക മോഡുലർ എന്നിക്കിഷ്ടമല്ല. ഷെൽഫ് ഓപ്പണായിരിക്കണം.. രാവിലെ അടുക്കളയിൽ കയറുമ്പോ ഈ പഞ്ചസാരയും കടലയും പരിപ്പും പയറും വീട്ടുസാധനങ്ങളെല്ലാം ഇങ്ങനെ ഡപ്പാകളിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നത് കാണുമ്പോ തന്നെ ഒരു മനസുഖണ്ട്. എന്തു രസാ അത് കാണാൻ . അവകളല്ലേ നമ്മളെ ജീവിപ്പിക്കുന്നത്.അല്ലാതെ എല്ലാ കൂട അടച്ചുകെട്ടി ഒരുമാതിരി - . പിന്നെ ഓരോന്നും തപ്പി നോക്കണം. മനുഷ നല്ലേ പുള്ളേ ഓർമ്മക്കുറവുണ്ടാകും- പല്ലിം പാറ്റയും കേറുന്ന കാര്യം കണ്ടപ്പോ പറഞ്ഞു ന്നേയുള്ള . ഞാനും വീട് പണി തുടങ്ങാൻ പോവാ . സിങ്ക് വെക്കുന്ന യാ ളോട് പറയണം. thanks brother

I prefer to use concrete slab. shortage of space is much better than leakage. I had personal experience of leakage not only in zink other spaces also. It comes after 3 or 4 years. I saw many issues at the time of renovation

സ്ളാബ് ചെയ്‌താൽ കുറച്ചു യൂട്ടിലിറ്റി സ്പേസ് കുറഞ്ഞേക്കാം( 10 to 15 cm) സിങ്കിനടുത്ത് മാത്രമല്ല ലീക്കിനുള്ള ചാൻസ്... ചുമരിനോട് ചേർന്ന് വരുന്ന ഭാഗം സിലിക്കൺ വെച്ചായിരിക്കും അടക്കുന്നത് ഇത് ഇടയ്ക്കിടെ ഇളകാനും അതിലൂടെ ലീക് ഉണ്ടാകാനും സാദ്യതയുണ്ട്

സിങ്കും ഗ്രാനൈറ്റ് സ്ലാബും ഒരേ ലെവലിൽ ആണ്.രണ്ടിൻ്റേയും ഇടയിൽ ഉള്ള ഗ്യാപ്പിൽ കൂടെയാണ് ലീക്ക്. അതിൻ്റെ താഴെ കോൺക്രീറ്റ് സ്ലാബ് ഇല്ല.
