This is a 10 inch powered sub that means amp is built inside the box!! No other wires were needed to purchase for the install!! Everything in the box!!! 10/10 very happy!

thank you for sharing this. i was looking at the kit that takes up the WHOLE underside of the seat. and they wanted like 700 for it. im like theres no way that its worth it and lose all storage. at least this gives some space for my emergency items and isnt ridiculously priced.

I've been looking at various Shallow Mount subs w/ box and amp, enclosed units like this.. kenwood, cerwins, kicker and out of them all this one has won me over. Gonna place an order tonight and have this installed in my 2019 Colorado in the next week or two. Can't wait. Missing the bass.. 🎵🎵🎶🎶

Just ordered it for mine, non Bose. Question. I ran all the wires but where the heck did you tie it into? The door speakers?

Did you use the remote wire? I installed one on my 2023 Colorado and didn’t use the remote wire used the DC option but seems like the sub/amp always stays on.

Yea I does sound much better I also believe that if you have the Bose sound system on your Colorado I don’t think it comes with a subwoofer

NVX has 2 of these an 8inch 150watts RMS and a 10inch 200watts RMS and they are ported which is a plus, I did buy the 10inch for now. My big system setup won’t get done until next year, 3 Skar Audio 8s in a ported box, Crossfire C5 Speakers in all 4 doors and a Skar Audio 5Channel. But this NVX I bought will be enough 😏

I had the 8 version it was OK good inside cab but it blew in 6 months going wit slim cerwin vega 200 RMS underseat sub

I have the bose and it bumps! I keep the bass up usually one notch under all the way up. Mainly cause I'm always worried of blowing one even though it sounds like they handle it well. Would you say this is still a good sub to get if I already have the bose?

Don’t buy a kicker hideaway!!! Tech support just told me these woofers only last a couple years, and most go out within a couple weeks!

You have to want bass pretty bad to give up the back seat. I cannot imagine that sounds even half as good with the seat down ??

thank you for posting a video where the sub could be heard. that alone gets you the thumbs up from me! not gonna say its as good as a traditional sub, but i'm looking for something that can compliment my fathers non-bose system that sounds like AM no matter what he is listening to! this video was helpful and informative! i appreciate the effort you put into it!
