Damn I wish my car had 6x9 speakers in the rear. It a newer honda but they're only 6.5 in size. The 6x9s sound much better. Nice video as always guys, keep it up.

I've noticed on electronic ambient type music sometimes it's purposefully recorded with scratchy static in the recording which I don't get at all. I'm talking Bluetech, tyco, dessert Dwellers, sounds from the ground, that type of music

As far as the base model of 69 the kicker ones are fantastic. Now if you find the older model ones of this line that had the 3 inch mid they are even better. I just wish they were cheaper in price.

I put these in my doors with a small amp pushing 65 watts to each and they are loud. Picked up a Jensen sub at walmart for like 30 bucks and that gets down too. Walmart helps people sound good on the cheap.

You need to test the pioneer v3 550w 6x9

Kicker makes nice speakers. The ES is the line, the 693 is the model number. They also have the KS line which is the level above these. Thats the model I use in my front doors and they sound good for midbass and highs. I am partial to soft domes as I am seeking quality over quantity. Ifyou look at the sensitivity ratings you will get an idea of how loud a speaker will play. Generally the higher the sensitivity the louder the speaker. If a speaker has a fairly low sensitivity it may not be as loud but will tend to play better bass. Do you still have the amp in there. If you really want to test a speaker you need more than deck power to do so. The deck just doesnt supply enough clean power. Still enjoy the videos tho. Keep at it.

I think the kicker 6x9s are better. The pioneers you guys did were four-way speakers that's why it had more clarity because of the highs. The kicker is three-way so it wouldn't have as much highs but it has way better base. Banging base!

u guys should do kenwood 6996ps 5 way 6x9 they are $50 at bestbuy right now

The ultimate would be put those in the back and pioneer in the front.

Kickers sound good until you compare side by side with Pioneer JBL Infinity Alpine, etc you name it. It has always been that way. Test for your self. Kicker will always be the "They aaaaaaiiiight" "better than nothing" brand.
