Man, lesson to this story it's better to just leave this alone. The landlord stated she just wanted to be done with the tenants but since they sued her she will counter sue. And won. Some things are better just left alone.

The plaintiffs fought after this case. I guarantee it. 🤣🤣🤣 That cackle the defendant did at the end had me too weak!

I felt that when she said “Back up , lemme step in the house, have a sip of water “ I say that to my kids BACK UP LET ME TAKE OFF MY COAT FIRST…..🤣🤣🤣🤣

I was a little skeptical about these virtual cases at first but I must say, they have been LIT!

I believed the defendant to be truthful when she said, “ I told the wife that her husband’s smart mouth and my smart mouth wasn’t gonna mesh well and one day he was gonna catch me on the wrong day and he just gonna get it!” 🤷‍♀️

The way the wife face-palmed at the husband talking about blunt residue. 🤣🤣

The plaintiffs appeared dishonest right after they showed the yard video. Then the lady proved herself to be petty when she didn't want the Amazon package because "she touched it and she has dogs" wtw??? And then they proved themselves to be liars when the defendant said they smoked weed and the woman shook her head from side-to-side NO that that was not true and then the husband came out and admitted it. Right after he admitted it, wifey sits back in her chair, hand on forehead and mumbles something to the husband; likely mumbling "you shouldn't admit that to the judge". They got what they deserved!!!!

When she laughed so hard at the end I died !! 😂😭😂😂💀 she made them even madder

I talked to my mom a least twice a day when I moved about 4 hours away. Now that she is gone, I treasure the fact that we were so close and that no matter how old I got, you still need Mom! I love seeing that passed down through families as I know it did from your mother to you to your daughters. Next time you see your Mom, give her an extra hug for me! ❤️

Best victory ever that I’ve seen watching this! Her laugh was felt and ran the plaintiffs right off the internet. Some personalities just don’t mix at all. These litigants are a perfect example. The plaintiff’s brought this on themselves thinking she did them wrong by evicting them. We all know as long as its within the laws of their state that is exactly what she as the property owner can do! The defendant owed them no special treatment for renting for so many years. So many cases I’ve seen where the tenets assumes the longer they’ve been renting from the landlord the more rights they have. Their entitled is the right word. Anyhow, the plaintiff’s smiling and looking at the screen was kinda creepy. Like their capable of some sneaky stuff. But no worries for the defendant in that department. That cackle told me real quick she knows how to bust loose if need be. $1900 sure is a victory especially when she was going to let it slide before the plaintiff’s nonsense. Good for her!!
