Did you get the Kreuzotter camo or the amber? I'm thinking of going kreuzotter but haven't seen the leaf ghillie yet and won't know if it'll be good for my environment or not.

@@TheEpicDartfish No, kreuzotter wasnt out when I bought mine, but you should most definetly go for that one, great color.

The pins usualy dont hold, even with glue i loose em. So i started using cable ties instead. And letme tell you, it works way better.

Well it's info that you would want to know before hand because he is being honest about some (if not the only) class he sees in it. Would really like to see the water tests on it and then a review on then again after attaching to a suit and running around in it so we could see it those issues he was raising cause issues that could make you visible during a game bc of it. Ie bc too many failed\tell off during usage. And his statement about applying them when at field makes so much sense it's not even funny that novritsch who was trained as a sniper (esp from making real ones for use in real combat) didn't have flashbacks to his training to know that not really a good way to make your suit and customizing it for optimal stealth and sneakiness.

Be interesting to see what would happen if you made a sandwich out of two leaf sets by using say adhesives like gorilla glue, 'flex seal,' spray adhesive or say regular super glue btw the each corresponding leaf. First to see if fixes ripping issue and to see if makes leads unusable bc of that, water test and if causes discoloration of the leaf. MB DIY hack for it

rubber bands are for natural vegetation, you just tie the bands onto the netting then add the veg to them. Just a heads up though rubber bands wear out over time so they need to be replaced every so often

I own the leaves and have done since their release. I found that if you spend time trying to pick the stem from the leaf they will appear as 'weak'. But if you use the leaves as intended they will never break.

Natural leaves are replaced all the time. The suit takes a significant time/money investment and durability is desirable.

Well when you’re playing somewhere like here in central Texas where the brush is thick and you have thorny trees like mesquite trees and briar vines, they’ll eventually get snagged when you’re moving through that kind of environment.

I'll correct ya there bud. I have Novr. leaves and once they get tangled no matter what it is new or old they get lost real fast even in the Nov group there have been threads about the leaf's situation. They get pulled too easily and my suit if you look at it its missing leaves while keeping the "stronger" one. ***REMINDER** EVEN NEW ONES.

Yeah I can agree with you now. Bit pricey to keep replacing unfortunately.
