Sega's answer to Mario wasn't Wonderboy , Alex kidd or Sonic the hedgehog but an unassuming young platforming super hero by the name of Kid chameleon. I think this game best matches Mario for it's hidden paths and warps,hidden blocks and transforming into different characters with different abilities. Mario = Racoon,frog. The Kid = various different helmets.
My one complaint with most Sega games was how easy they were,well this one isn't so stock up on the hidden continue coins because you're gonna need them.
This playthrough shows all the levels and most hidden lives and continues.
Thanks to the help of @goemonishikawa5611 most of the levels are time stamped, I'll keep filling in the gaps and complete it at some point.
