This song touches on my childhood traumas growing up and how they still live with me today. June is "Men's Mental Health Awareness Month", so I wanted to drop this song in honor of that.

Good song love the message in it!! I needed to hear this especially after the ending of close close friendship with female of almost 5yrs , gave me all the time and everything and then all of sudden up and done reciprocating friend energy outta no where after i know everything about her and her knowing everything about me , i just decided to be done not be mean or say nothing outta the way, just remove myself from feeling disappointed of it and whatever secrets told between each other keep it to myself It sucks But what can you say life goes on drink a beer go to work and stay at it

I found this song when my girlfriend of 6yrs had “just a friend” sleeping on our couch.
