We had that but we also had a nutrition and wellness class as well. More or so about eating healthy. Gym and health was required. Gym your freshman year. Health to graduate. You only needed wellness if you wanted to take culinary but it’s easy so basically everybody took it. But im pushing 19 lmao I don’t know if wellness is something new or just certain schools got it

Oh yeah we had health and wellness which was just textbook learning about stuff like sexuality, health and even had a guest speaker talk about abuse.
