Seen one before on the people's court, the lady sued a dry cleaners because a shirt she brought them still had a funny smell. Something like $10. Judge Millian had to smell it herself and in the process accidentally got lipstick on the shirt. She apologized and offered to pay for it. She got her $10 back. But that's still not as bad as the pizza slice case. I really think there needs to be a law around "frivolous cases", like if the judge rules it frivolous you can be fined for the court costs of all involved since you're wasting everyone's time. yeah you can sue if you feel you've been wronged and I agree with that, but things like suing over a slice of pizza, you're clogging up the courts. 🤦‍♂️
