Beautiful amazing how much you did yourself. A suggestion from a veteran painter. Do the glossy trim paint first let it dry well. Then do the wall paint. It's so much easier to wipe wall paint off the glossy trim paint than vice versa

I used 2 tub/shower kits to complete the tub/shower surround. If I were you I’d get more than I think I need ! Chances are you’ll need that extra!

GIRL YOU ARE UNSTOPPABLE!! It looks wonderful. I remember when I was nesting, was absolutely knackered the day before then I suddenly got a burst of energy the next 2 days. I didn't feel tired AT ALL, lmao. I was painting, ripping up skirting boards, deep cleaning rooms, disinfecting every surface imaginable, wallpapering. the house look wonderful & I looked like a crack addict from all the fumes LOOOOL.

Such a big difference! I would suggest you look at curved shower rods if you do another bathroom or want to make any slight changes. It expands the area at the top of the shower so maybe not important for a kids tub but it’s a small item that makes a big difference for adults! Going to watch the update video now!

WOW! I am truly inspired. You did it all. I am fixing to tackle my tub and floors and honestly you have given me more information then any other DIY video I've watched. I felt your pain with that 5 hr drain job girl, I once spent half a day trying to remove the cartridge from my bathroom faucet, what a fight! But I saved $80 not having to replace the entire thing. Understandably so, it's not a 20.000$ reno job but with it is absolutely gorgeous at a 1/4 of any bathroom remodelling expense and with the way things are happening in our lives today - I think this is the way to go! WHY HAVE I NEVER THOUGHT OF THAT BEFORE 🤦‍♂️ now everything I paint is going to have a nice crisp edge. I used this as my guide for doing the floors to my bathroom. Thank you. To anyone who is going to do this, highly recommend the grout. It looks great and if you have some bad cuts around things like the toilet, grout will really help make it look better and little more natural.

Home Depot’s best quality paint will cover any colour with only one coat. I was amazed when my painter said they didn’t need to prime. Walls were a gold butter colour & I went light grey. One coat looks amazing, painted the whole house grey & love it!

This turned out beautiful...i used the same tile in my master bath, vanity and closet...a trick to cutting the tile is to heat the tile first with a hair dryer. Cuts so easy.

Henry pre mixed floor patch is good for putting over the grout to even out the surface so the grout lines don't show through the new vinyl flooring.

Awesome seeing u do this I just closed on home and took my bath on like this. How ever I had to purchase a royal plumbers tool for the oldest drain ever made. Lol it's for the drain without the T or cross fitting. Well our drain crumbled into pieces on the first turn. Looks great and like I said happy to see other women doing this stuff as well. Great job
