Kids' Compassion Project is a Denver-based non-profit whose mission is to instill compassion in children by creating meaningful service learning opportunities for kids and their families while supporting and spotlighting other non-profits.
The event in this video featured Freedom Service Dogs, an organization which rescues dogs and trains them to become service animals. (www.freedomservicedogs.org) The kids in the video are making pull ties, which are used for various purposes, such as pulling wheelchairs and opening doors, drawers, refrigerators, etc.
