The grant is aimed at residents from lower-income households, who need financial assistance to help take care of a child or children. But the question is, Is it enough?

What can be bought with that amount of money ..I think the president must go to the shop an see what he can buy for his grandchildren in order to survive a full month just with what he buys from it .
