I make home made lunchables for mine and it’s easily prepped for a few days in advance. I use mini cookie cutters to cut out cheese and ham, pop them into containers with some ritz and cucumber slices and they love it. The mini thermos are great and mine often take left over pasta dishes that we reheat in the morning or chicken curry etc and I just pop them a pitta or flat bread to dip 😊 My LG loves cold chicken dippers or goujons in hers too.

Savoury types we would have crackers and cheese, brioche (or is that sweet?!), pancakes, wraps, vegetable sticks and hummus

I totally understand where you're coming from I have a picky eater and it's hard to find different foods and snacks for her to enjoy I get on Pinterest and I tried to kind of recreate the same items sometimes to see what I come up with

Breadsticks, rice cakes, ritz crackers twiglets for savoury x

Soup is a good idea or bento boxes make ur own cheese an ham stackers

Aldi sometimes do their own version of the mini thermos. We have a couple of them and they work well, keep food warm and have lasted great considering they only cost about £4 each.

I don't have any ideas for you, you give me them!! One thing I had noticed was the way you have cut the grapes, I was told to cut them length ways rather than through the middle because they can still choke on them. I don't want it to be like I'm putting down on you just an observation 😁 you are doing great xxx

How about mini rice cakes or mini cheddars or some veddige straws from Costco or cheese straws or even mini pork pies but in half xx

Hi Claire love your channel, great inspiration 😊 for savoury items what about mini babybel or those wee individual cheeses, Mini pepperamis, laughing cow dip and crunch pot things, maybe even a wee handful of nuts

you could also make savoury muffins too :) they freeze great!

Which yogurt do you tend to buy? It always looks as if it’s smooth, we’re trying to switch from mini pots to a big pot but my daughter hates bits in hers 😂 xx

My daughter takes a flask to school. She has all sorts in it soup ravioli anything I can heat up and put in it. She loves getting something warm during the day

Hey Claire - great lunches. Couple things that come to mind, peanut butter would have been great on the cinnamon raisin bagels for a bit of protein. Also a cut up apple and peanut butter for dipping is yummy. How about hummus for dipping veggies. Any type of soup or leftover stew would also be good in a Thermos. I also like hard boiled egg cut in half with a little salt and pepper and rasher of bacon or a breakfast sausage link or a few little pancakes (American style so they are thicker) with a little pot of maple syrup for dipping and breakfast sausage links... just a few ideas. You are doing a great job with reducing plastic!! Take care ~kendra

How about doing omelette muffins, same as an omelette with what you fancy in it but cooked in muffin tin

veggie or ham and cheese egg muffins, veggies and hummus, cheese and crackers, if they would eat them cold soft or hard boiled eggs, little pinwheels, savoury scones/muffins, mini pizzas, rice cakes, pasta salads, crispy chickpeas??

I tried the jelly and tried different makes and it melts by the time the kids get to school. I put cool packs in their lunch boxes but it un sets? So confused.
