2.Balance birds 🐦keep the kids focused on fun while building 💪stronger legs, ankles and feet. Practicing balance prevents injury and is a major aspect of a healthy body. 🌈
3.Breath buddies 👯
Kids place these bean bags on their body in different poses prompting body awareness. Breath buddies are also a wonderful way to help kids quiet their minds and fall asleep. 😴
