I think Kihyun focuses on babying Jooheon when appa (Shownu) is not around or too busy to pay attention. Mims have a habit of babying their youngest. (Kihyun to Changkyun) Though I also think Changkyun likes being around Kihyun.

I think Kihyun with Jooheon is lovely but not so mom mode cause is more Shownu appa boy, but with Changkyun is care, worried and mom mode, in my perspective

I think kiki is more motherly to I.M than Jooheon since they are only a year apart but kiki and I.M are 3 years apart so because I.M is a lot younger compared to Jooheon he feels more motherly love towards him but just a bit more lol
