Seems like kiit is a very good playschool . And it really sucks when people compare it with IIT . People facing challenges like climate , friends , gym , social life , bazar , attendance. No one talking about any study or curriculum.

Quick question, what are the hostel timings for boys at the campus? I read an article on Quora saying that it was 10 P.M is that true? Plus I have been offered CSSE in the 2023 cohort, is it very different from the CSE branch? Would you recommend this program?

It says it is at 7:30 but they are lenient about it, but just for boys. I would say it has different courses, tho not wholly.

Around 6000+ students are in the computer science branch alone, which is why placements at the end are not good. I would not suggest you take admission.

Placement depends on your performance in the Placement exams and the interviews in addition to your portfolio. I dont think there is any incubation centre that I know of, maybe they will have one soon enough I heard them talking about it. And there is no studying schedule, u have to study and plan by urself

Kiit student intake is too high . Even I got computer science with communication engineering in phase 3 with 56 percentile .

I think that's sth you should decide by yourself I can only tell you the perks and cons. I hear the placement programme is top notch, although this college is strict af relatively and the lifestyle of this place is not up to the bar compared to bangalore which I believe is more modernised place with modern people. This is my take. But if KIIT was in bangalore I would have totally chosen kiit,the problems come with the place.

CSSE is almost related to CSE...it's a specialisation branch of CSE.... syllabus is almost same...only ig in 7,8th sem the syllabus will change for CSSE or any other specialisation branch.
