Makes 4 pan pizzas🍕
* 520g (3cups) bread flour (substitute with all purpose flour)
* 6g (2 teaspoons) instant yeast
* 10g (3 teaspoon) sugar
* 9g (1 ½ teaspoon) salt
* 3 tablespoons oil
* 1½ cup water (375ml)
Pizza sauce
* 1 cup tomato sauce
* 1/4 cup ketchup
* 1/4 tablespoons salt (pinch)
* 1 teaspoon oregano
(Add everything in medium pot and cook for 10 minutes)
Toppings:
* 330g chicken breast
Seasoned with:
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 seasoning cube
* 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

I love this.reminds me back in the 80's when my parents at work and my siblings and I on summer break or weekends would make pizza on the Tawah with every ingredients .parents loved it ,it was close to the real deal.we add herbs to the dough it was a kick of taste😊

Just use any pan. I used non-stick pan, preheated it for like a minute, put the dough, cooked it on one side for 4 minutes on like medium-high heat (i use induction stove, heat goes from 1 min to 10 max, i used 7), flipped the dough, put all the toppings, cooked for 4 more minutes on medim-high, turned heat down to medium, put the lid on and cooked for 4 more minutes. Turned out very good, dough cooked all the way and didn't burn at all.

you haven't even mentioned the amounts of all ingredients. if you have to teach then at ,least teach properly by informing the amounts.
