You are awesome! I also work this hard. My husband and I were walking back up the street from looking at neighbors, as we got to our yard, a car was coming, slowing down and looking at our house. My husband had to push me in the ditch, because I almost got hit! The people were looking at the decorations and not paying attention to the road. LOL glad they liked it.

At our house we always try to make a story to tie everything together and for some reason it is always 2 major themes (zombies and witches, raveyard and spiders, dragon and medieval torture). The tombstone thing using PVC pipe is a really good idea, the stakes the comes with are trash and destroy the tombstones. The first year when we did a witch/zombie theme we used branches I found around my neighborhood to make the cauldron and it really gave it a great aesthetic. It was surprisingly easy to find 8ish footlong branches if you start looking early enough.

You have done an AMAZING job. I used to decorate, but I live in Chicago and the teenagers are mean . They tear up, knock my stuff down. So it’s a bummer. Me and my grandkids love Halloween. Ive always got my grandkids into it. Just like the idea of kids can be anyone they want once a year!. Oh that 12 foot skeleton is unreal. He’s so cool. 👻💀🎃👍🏻👍🏻 witch looks like an Esmeralda. So sad some kids are so nasty that they will destroy outdoor decorations. You would think they would leave them be so they could enjoy them during that holiday. I would definitely do my back yard instead of the front yard for my family to enjoy instead. Happy Halloween 🎃👻

Hello Kilee, Great Job, Love to have the Golf Cart. Nice you live in a warm area, getting cold here in Pa. When making those witches with the hats, you have a face under there, with the black table cloths on the heads, get the eyes cut out, put some lights in there, then glue the hats on so the eyes with light when done. Get some metal tee post, can use the for ever, they come in all lengths (buy tee post at tractor supply or Lowes), Try it Kille. 🎃Get some GFCI plugs.😈👹👺🎃

Wow I am so jealous! I currently live in a townhome and we don’t have much room to decorate but we’re looking for a new house so hopefully next year I can go all out. For Josh, maybe the cinder blocks you can cover with pumpkins or hay bales and name his friends chad, brad and matty. Also with your extension cords you could cut a hole in Tupperware so you can put the plugs inside and make them more waterproof in case it rains. (If that makes sense 🤷🏻‍♀️😂) I’m looking forward to seeing more videos and would love if we could be mom friends!

Great job! I’m going to steal your arch design. I make the stick witches too! I stuff grocer/store bags up in their bodice to keep the shape all season. I also cut some strips in the skirt so they have some movement in the breeze. Last thing I do to them is bedazzle them a bit. I suff their hats with bags to keep their shape and then use Dollar tree ribbon to make an accent at the top of the brim. Add a couple of flowers in the brim and give them some Mardi Gras beads I collect all year in different colors and they are fit for a party.

This year I got the witch from Home Depot. I was undecided on what to get. But I truly love the 12ft skeleton. I may consider him for next year maybe… 😊 this is actually my first year going big for Halloween decor. I only did 2 light up ghosts infront of my door last year BUT this year….we are going big and most likely get bigger each year since my husband and I love decorating outside.

Great decorations Kilee! One thing that would make it look a little better during the day is to put a little something behind the spotlights so when they show from the road, they look like part of the design a little, spooky black plant or something and it won’t affect their function. Spooky cool! Keep it up!

You did an AWSOME job. So much fun. I used to have a much smaller, less impressive grave yard in Maryland. I loved that by the week of Halloween a lot of leaves had fallen. I wouldn’t let my husband mow them up because I used then at the graves with broken skeletons coming out and to cover cords. Your are bringing lots of joy to your neighborhood.
