@Saná Muhammad Salam Alaikum brother, you sure can go but you have too go thru Pakistan. I don't know about now maybe they have flight from Dubai. I went thru Pakistan to Afghanistan to Kabul and than I visited Sharif, I ate lots of street food which is very good just liked I remembered back in 1990s even the water taste great. In sha Allah if I have lots of money I would go live in Afghanistan. It's not like what the media is showing or talking about. You have too see it and experience yourself. Loved the Hazan Sounds from each side of the streets.

When I was growing up in Albuquerque NM during the 50's, and 60's. We lived in an Adobe House, that had 4 rooms, no hot water, just a pump, outside Bathroom. Daily my Mother would make Tortilla, Beans, Green Chili, potatoes on a Wood Stove. This Video brought back wonderfull memories, My Father, Mother, my 6 Brothers, and 3 Sisters! Times were very hard, but We stuck out as a Family! I can appreciate, and respect how these Hard Working people work, and live!! God Bless them!!!

As a Chinese, I am surprised that in the US in 50s people lived life like your story in New Mexico. Might because you and your families lived in rural area? I thought almost all the families in the us had fridge and cars at that time.

@@JohnDavis-yz9nq no， bike was very expensive even for residents in cities. China classified its people into 2 classes status. City residents and rural residents. Bike needs 10 months average wage of a worker in city to buy one , beside money, a ration certificate also needed to purchase one.

kneading the dough by hand, went to river stream to wash rice, collecting and litting up fires with small branches..that so much work..just to cook a meal...bravo to these beautiful young ladies..

Afghanistan is truly blessed, this video just reminded me that Africa was once full of rivers like that one. But it's hard to get a river clean as that one now, most rivers have dried up.

I imagine as I'm watching this as if I went back in time 1000+ years and can see how people actually lived. So often people who we consider "poor" live in filth with litter everywhere. Here everyone looks happy healthy and living in a very tidy environment without any modern conveniences...I admire them in a way

Afghan women don't live according to their customs and traditions but according to what their men order them to do! The worst it is that they have no idea how enslaved they are! It is so sad 😢

What the U.S. did wrong was supporting a corrupt government in Afghanistan that didn’t care about the people. Had the U.S. ensured that the government that replaced the Taliban focused on improving the quality of life and standard of living for the Afghan people the Taliban would have not gotten support it had. But, if there’s one lesson I think the Taliban learned is not to harbor terrorists that attack other nations. I’m sorry things didn’t work out better for the Afghan people. Maybe in a generation or two the hardliners that control the country will moderate and the country can rejoin the rest of the world in terms of trade and cooperation.

fun fact, "naan" just means "bread/food" in Dari (the persian dialect spoken in Afghanistan). So when you say "naan bread", you're basically saying "bread bread" :)

Very simple. Mix required amount of water and salt with whole wheat flour. Then make it flat and bake in oven.

Beautiful video! I believe these lovely ladies are Hazaras, an ethnicity that is sadly very marginalized in Afghanistan. My partner is Afghan and I have loved learning abt this culture. They are the most hospitable wonderful people and what they have suffered is so undeserved. And such a gorgeous land. The bread looks delish, I have some Afghan bread in my fridge in fact-so cool to see this process!
