I totally get it, King Of Legendary! Sometimes laziness can sneak in and make it hard to get things done. But you know what? We all have those moments! The key is to find ways to motivate ourselves and break through that laziness barrier. One trick that works for me is setting small, achievable goals and rewarding myself after completing them. 11:00 thank you man about body weight regiment I tried weights my form is bad with body weight my form is great. Will keep doing until I get the form right. With weight the weight is so heavy I feel pain in places I am not training.

Yeah I thought the part about the lion was cringe. When you have a minimum of knowledge about the animal world you can't let that go. Lions are just big, lazy cats who sleep 18 hours a day because they can't stand the heat. They almost never hunt because it is the females who bring back the preys 90% of the time.
