What does this song mean. What did he mean to try and explain in this

My guess is that the meaning of the song relates to his artist name, killedmyself. I think that the concept of this song is that he has died (hence the past tense in his name) and this song is a message from the grave to comfort his loved ones. That is just my guess but it makes sense to me.

It’s simple. It means throw your problems and pain down and look away. Because if you don’t look away , it’s gonna destroy you . It’s okay to let go of things you feel you need to hold on to , it’s okay to just be human and faulter. It’s okay
