Sal thank you for this video. I love stability ball crunches and other exercises and this is a great reference. I try to keep my hips still, but you way of engage the glutes looks so much better then my methods. keep it up

i always feel it in my neck first before i feel it in my abs, anyway to fix this? i tried tucking in the chin and contract the abs but still my neck gets tired first.

Lol, see new intro and you have 6k views and 200+ likes. Seriously though, like the new intro. Last time I had a personal trainer back in 2002 etc, that's all we did was ball "core" exercises. Hey, more core videos. All that balance ball bullshit wasn't a complete waste of time right. (well maybe the dumbell balance ball combos) Ah those crazy core early 2000's. edit: is the "stability ball" really a valid piece of basic home workout equipment in 2017?

i tried this today in my gym, coudn't stabilize my body and rolled back and hit my head on the wall, it was so fucking awkward.
