@@DanKennedyEats The recipe is for one decent sized Pyrex dish. So you will have to work out the difference to make it bulk by feel. I told Geoff he needs to put it in one of those Big tins you can find anywhere... I’ll Venmo and pay for it if you shoot me the receipt. 2.5 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef (x3 for that bulk tin). Brown it. Drain the grease about 90%. Keep some in. It adds to the flavor. Put it straight in the tin. Add a Family Size can of Cream of Mushroom. (it’s basically two cans but Family size is cheaper.). You will need 3 family size or 6 regular cans. Drop those on top of your beef in the tin, straight from the can. Add salt and pepper on top of that and mix it all together in the tin well. Even it out flat in the tin. Spread a layer of cheddar cheese gently on top of your smooth spread of beef and cream of mushroom mixture. Nothing crazy, just sprinkle evenly. Tots... I’m not sure how much it will take. In a Pyrex it’s 3/4 of a regular bag. If you got one of those real big bags, that should do it. The real big ones are more long than wide. I’m sure you’ve seen them. Place those tots on top of your current spread, evenly covering the entire pan with very little gap in between. Then and very key, finely shredded mozzarella covering the top just enough to where the tots peak out. You don’t to smother it with motz but you want to make sure the gaps are heavily filled (that’s what she said) in between the tots. Set the over to 375. When the cheese melts and has the look of a good pizza with some brown spots here and there. It’s done! Side note.. some people add corn to the beef/cream of mushroom mix... I don’t but feel free.
