The way she was so serious when eve drank the pill, then super freaking out telling her to spit it, and then just laughing at her. Seriously one of the best scene of the season

I just love Jodie Comer. Her acting skills are 🔥! You literally see the difference of her face in 1:03 and 1:08. Her expression changed when Eve touched her face. Literally Jodie’s eyes are amazing

When Eve was marked as a target to be killed, I think Villanelle saw it as the perfect ocassion to take revenge of the stabbing. She made her think it was arsenic, playing (as she always does) and flirting at the same time....

It just kills me they were smart enough to use the same songs in later episodes and did it so beautifully but they weren't smart enough to follow the natural evolution of the characters and write them properly.

And THIS is what sets Villanelle off. Eve told her she would give V what she wants if she helps her, so V did. In the end she got nothing. It was Eve’s fault for leading her (and us?) on.

maktub morgan Exactly. Villanelle said it best in the episode, Eve is “just take take take”. They played Villanelle, making her think she/they were on her side, not knowing that, all this time, Villanelle was genuinely helping them because of her fixation with Eve. Granted, she looks at Eve as part of her “collection” (watch her dinner with Aaron), but I do believe V really does feel something towards Eve... and Eve breaks her heart in the end. Damn writers.

D Moon Isn’t is obvious? Eve. She wanted Eve. Eve led her on, had audio threesome with her, then denied her in the end. So, unsurprisingly, V retaliated.

@@jdcmr all that happened after Villanelle acknowledged that all Eve does is "take take take". Also, Villanelle didnt get played, Eve was down to go until she realized she was manipulated into her first kill. Villanelle knew what she was doing which is why she played stupid when Eve asked her about the gun. Eve wasnt with that and understandably so. As a viewer, I'm sure you were puzzled as to why she didnt just shoot Raymond. Now if we're talking the end of season 1, Eve trash for that and Villanelle should have shot her on spot in the reunion lol

Because Eve said Villanelle wouldn't kill her. So V gave her the pills as a game saying, well see for yourself. So Eve believing she was right took the pills. As you see in the end Eve was right - Villanelle had no intentions of killing her. Also, V playing cat and mouse.

Never understood 1 thing in this scene.... in the end V asked "you give me everything I want" and Eve said "yes" ...cut to next scene they are going to meet the ghost..... what did V asked for?????? Always a mystery for me...or don't have the intellect to figure it out or comprehend it ......Loved S1 and S2 though ..after rushed and weak S4 I like S3 as well.
