Anakin sounds full of joy and wonder. He's never been this happy. Vader sounds like it's just another day for him, but that "yay!" shows it's still a bright spot for him. Luke sounds like he doesn't want to be there. He's ashamed of what he tried to do, but he _has_ to sing along.
