The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a 2017 action-adventure game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch and Wii U consoles. The game is a part of The Legend of Zelda series and is set at the end of its timeline. The player controls an amnesiac Link, who awakens from a hundred-year slumber and is tasked with saving Princess Zelda and preventing Calamity Ganon from destroying the world. Similar to the original 1986 Legend of Zelda, players are given minimal instruction and can explore the open world freely. Released on March 3, 2017, Breath of the Wild was a launch game for the Nintendo Switch and the final Nintendo-published game for the Wii U. Two waves of downloadable content were released in 2017 via an expansion pass. Breath of the Wild received universal acclaim. It won several Game of the Year awards and has since been cited as one of the greatest video games of all time. Breath of the Wild is also the top selling game in the series and one of the best-selling video games of all time, selling more than 30 million copies by 2022. A spin-off, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity, was released in 2020; a sequel, The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, is scheduled for 2023.

Not Ryan ignoring fast travel for tedious climbing for over 40 episodes and then fast travelling 10 feet thrice in one episode using the medallion 😂

I’ve said this before but watching someone play this game blind makes me regret looking up everything. It helps with deductive reasoning so much. I swear you guess at things I never would have because you’ve trained your brain to guess. Instead I played the game late and just googled everything. Still enjoyed it, but not the same level I imagine. Thanks for doing this!

I have finally caught up with these episodes and I have a few observations I'd like to share, mainly because they're so delightful: First, I love watching and listening to your thought process while you are trying to solve puzzles and get through situations. Second, I love the fact that you are solving many of the puzzles differently than me. It gives me a new perspective on the game. Third, I love the fact that you have inspired me to play Tears of the Kingdom blind, not looking up things when I get stumped. It's seems so much more rewarding and enjoyable. I will continue to watch your blind playthrough of BOTW and I'm anticipating you opening other parts of the map with joy.

Golfing the apple was the chief reason, but I think the subsidiary use for stasis on materials is the ability to highlight and spot them. I agree golfing apples was definitely the main point, though

Love your playstyle! would have never thought of putting bombs underneath the rock slab to make it move, but you did! Just shows in how many ways you can play the game!

You are now in my daily routine, when I wake up. Coffey emails some websites news and Facebook and then new video from Ryan. 🤩 It hurts me so much seeing you struggling on how to get that Drillshaft. After so many hours of playing, lol.🤩 And then finally you discover magnetics again. LMAO
