I'm no fan of North Korea. But this video is cut up so much I hesitate to believe this is the whole picture. Let alone with a title like "Kim Jong Un's Hilarious Reactions While Watching His Peasant Army Marching Are Out Of This World". Usually like this channel's videos. This one, not so much.
