As an Indian 🇮🇳 & a hindu🕉️, let me be clear! NO Indian was OFFENDED by kim. There's NO STRICT SPECIFIC "dress colour" for guests arriving in indian wedding. Its pretty normal for guests to wear red on someone's wedding day in india. In fact its auspicious, if guests wear silver, golden & WARM colours on wedding day(they represent happy part of mother nature) . Even in Ambani wedding, you can easily find indian celebs wearing RED 🔴 like deepika padukone. And For indian 🇮🇳 brides, Not every indian bride wears Red on wedding day but most brides do. Bride Wedding dress colour is different state to state in india. In my state, there are 3 different traditional bridal dress & traditional jewelleries. I'm from UP aka Uttar Pradesh, in western UP brides wear the Red 🔴lehnga that you usually see, in central UP brides wear Red 🔴banarsi saree, in eastern UP brides wear 🟡Banarsi Saree. In india', a brides wear only warm coloured dress on wedding day, it isn't necessary to wear Red Only. But in majority indian states traditional brides wear Red🔴 representing "Suhaag" means "lovely charm of being married" But yes, both white & black ⚪⚫ should be avoided by female guests & bride on wedding day too. Still Nobody says anything if u wear them, but better to avoid & I've seen many foreigners are confused 'if anyone can wear red, how will you identify BRIDE?' . Guys, you just need to find which women looks most royal & most beautiful. There's no law, that you must dress modestly than bride. In fact, you should try harder to look beautiful, but at the end no matter what you do when bride will come 🫴 she will be most beautiful ❤️ 🎉 I don't know much about Kim but i liked her for wearing traditional indian dresses
