I appreciate how they used the word " Pen / Fan " here, she was talking about Daniel's Pen and he was talking about Fan service. In Korean, the word Fan pronounces as Pan / Pen, so when they said " Fan ", they sounded as if they were saying " Pen " and it's pretty genius from the director, cuz Gang Tae thought she was talking about the Fan (daniel) when she said "Pen is handsome", and she thought he was talking about the Pen Service when he said "fan service" (he sounded as if he said Pen Service, but he said P/Fan service). Also when he was fixing Nightmare doll, she told him they're meant to be together and he asked her how many guys she's meant to be with cuz he was jealous, then she asked him what he was talking about and he said "That fan earlier, and she took the Pen and said "Ah this Pen ", that's when he understood that she was talking about the pen not the fan haha. This scene explains the pun. Pun intended !

I love how natural the character progression is in this show. There's no extra corny dialogue or build up to a stereotypical jealousy scene. It's just natural without too many close ups. Hehehe.. we can tell he's jealous just from his body language and reactions to the conversation. Hehehhe even the way he drinks the coffee and reads what she writes hahha

This interaction with Daniel Choi is very interesting. We get to see how other men are with MY. If anyone brave enough to approach her is worthy of her attention, she will probably give it for a short while, then gets rid of them when she's had enough. If KT would have been an easy target, she could have just taken what she wanted & left. In one aspect, KT's repeated rejection of MY helped in giving them time to get to know more about each other. Her obssession may have been tamed by the fact that for once, she couldn't get what she wanted by sheer force. She needed to show her weakness and sensitivity to win KT's affection. I just love the irony of her character!

I love this so much because she has such a habit for acquiring what catches her eye. If she told GangTae she wanted that pen, he'd have told her no and then she really would have gone to great lengths to get it. She's a cunning woman who got three birds with one stone. Made him jealous, did some fan service, and ended up with the pen in the end lmaoo
