Awesome!!! Jesus said quite simply, to hate our life, deny our self, take up our cross daily and follow him. This is not a popular preach these days but this is what Kim is talking about. Love and bless everyone!

Oh that our hearts may be in a condition that is ready to receive all that The Lord has to say to us; yes even through the mouth of a woman! Jesus is the NEW covenant, woman were massively disrespected in the Old Testament as it was the culture of those days.....Praise The Lord for Jesus. Wow! You really take time to judge others. We are all called to preach the gospel and we all have that same responsibility. She is doing it with the gifts given to her by the Lord. Go on Kim and continue for there will always be some that will criticise what they can't themselves do. You have the gift of getting the younger generation to listen to you and inpart God's love through preaching and music. You are a good example for this generation. Some people do not want to change their old ways but criticise your work. My daughters love you and what you do. You are an inpiration to all. The bible talks about doing bigger things than Jesus did. This is one of them. Signs and wonders.

Ted. You are wasting your time. You really need to pray and see that this is keeping you from fullfilling Gods purpose in your life. Let thos woman do what she is doing so great for our children and stop being a control freak. This is not a commandment. She is preachong the gospel. This is the old church. You obviously dont believe in evolution. You are what they call a religious person. You need a relationship not a religion. Dont get upset with the ones that are doing what some are not doing. Be happy and let the Holy Spirit be the one to handle everyone else. Show God's love and mercy instead of judgement and criticism. We are not in the 1800s. God bless.

Kim mentioned that she was auditioning for American Idol at Atlanta a long time ago, could it have been the same year as Fantasia Burrino in 2004!?! If it was, it'd be so amazing, Fantasia made a film after she won and showing she has went through many adversities but the Lord was with her.

When we fall short, we need to know that we are falling short. Bethel and Jesus CULTure think they are a part of some new and special movement of God. That could not be further from the truth. I was in a cult like Bethel for 10 years, and God set me free. I am now called to warn others in cults, and that is exactly what I will do.

Like alot of others I'm always a little leary in listening to anything that has to do with Bethel church or JC, but I must admit that this was a sound and line up with Scripture message. Talking about being in intimacy with Jesus, as Kim is doing here, how can one go wrong?

39:30 I suffered trauma back in '08 and I've been going through extreme panic attacks and social anxiety for 6 years now. I've had days where I don't even know who I am. How do you surrender everything to God? I pray to him, I surrender everyday and He doesn't answer back. I won't stop praying and asking. I have to have an answer. I need to know Christ. What else do I say? What do I do? I've given up soo many selfish things, so many.

1.Turns out you are absolutely right Ted. It appears some people like 'having their ears tickled', as we're warned about in 2 Tim 4, though you don't seem to be communicating this in love. If you feel it's your calling to let people know about Bethel/JC, then let them know but remember, we are never called to judge. You cannot force people to agree with you by name calling and abrupt statements. They will not listen to you or check out anything you ask them to.

That is written IN the New Covenant - 1 Cor 14:34 and 1 Timothy 2:12. She can preach Jesus all she wants to but NOT in any assembly of Christians. She can preach on the street, in the mall, in restaurants, or any other public place. But in the church - she is commanded to be silent (see the verses above).

We are baptized and filled with the Holy Spirit. I do not need any man made emotionalism to "feel" God's presence. Ted Warren "We are in Christ and Christ is in us". When Jesus was resurrected, was he still flesh or was he spirit. Since he was able to eat then he must have a physical glorified body. Therefore how can he be inside of me? Is his physical form inside of me?

2.God IS Love and He operates in love. Ask Him to show you how to do this. Some people don't have that specific bible knowledge. My friend (who's been a Christian five years longer than myself) didn't know you weren't meant to pray to angels, and when I said Benny Hinn was trying to get an anointing of Kathryn Kuhlman's grave, he simply said 'maybe there was an anointing from it'. He is the only Christian in his family though whereas I was brought up in the church...

Dear Ted, The thing about woman being in silence is not a commandment... and its not a sin. And in the context of the Bible, Paul said to the woman be in silence because at that time woman didn't have any knowledge or wisdom because they didn't have access to any kind of training, woman was basically to work at home, only man could study and the man should teach his wife at home. So because of that the women were used to talk at church ask or talk silly things due to the lack of knowledge.

Paul said that women should keep silent in the assembly. They are not allowed to speak. 1 Cor 14:34 "Let the women keep silent in the assemblies, for it has not been permitted for them to speak."

Incredible how u reminded me of the Pharisees on Jesus time, who condemned Him of healing on Saturdays. How can u feel sorry for men who have women who r true vessels in Lord's hand? The apostle Paul once said that his wisdom did not come from Earth (books) but, High (God). Don't be as the Pharisees who crucified an innocent cause they couldn't understand what’s the will of God, but ask Holy Spirit to share his thoughts with u n that allows u to be used by Him to bless and not curse the others.

Read it again - 2 Timothy 2:12 "I do not permit a woman to teach or to exercise authority over a man; rather, she is to remain quiet." The context is VERY clear. Do not twist God's word to satisfy your false doctrine.

@TedWarren Ted, that is true, in the bible it does say that, BUT it's changed. God brought us a NEW covenant. He has made each person to do something. He called Kim to preach. Why else would Kim be preaching and EVERYONE wanting to listen to her. She wouldn't be here without Jesus. Jesus made it possible for her to preach. She is in a church preaching right now, isn't she? Yes. No matter who you are, if you're a girl or a man, you can preach and teach others about Jesus!

Ted Warren, I understand that you're trying to be careful. Truth is, we all fall short of the glory of God. We all need Jesus as our Lord and Savior. Instead of bashing on Jesus Culture and others, we should be praying for them and each other. What the Devil wants is this right now, to cause division and stir debate within the Church. We have to be careful about what we say and what we believe in. I know that God loves every person here on this earth. I'm praying for you as well as myself.

Dear Ted, I'm just wondering if you have ever read Galatians 3:28 and your interpretation? ...where it says there is no male or female but we are one in Christ. There is no gender in spirit... If Kim is in Christ which she is than I believe she has a right to speak as the Spirit leads be it on or off stage.

1You got to rightly divide the word. Paul was talking about respecting their limited offices. Teaching and Preaching is a ministry gift, if women were supposed to keep silent then why would we allow them to sing? Its all about order, it has to be in order. The whole reason Paul was speaking on this topic is because the church was getting out of order. But in Acts it says God will pour out his spirit upon all flesh, men and women will prophesy.

2it says even female servants will prophesy, even scholars will say that another way to define the word prophesy in some context is to Proclaim the word of the Lord.. if GOD said that women and even female servents will proclaim the word or prophesy then I believe him. Its all about rightly dividing. The word says that woman should not "usurp" authority over man. The reason paul said they should be silent is because they were yelling across the the other side of the church to ask questions.

Ted may not be going about this with the right attitude, but that doesn't make him wrong. If you truly believe he is wrong give a reason as to why we should interpret the verse differently.
