You went camping ???? seems more like glamping to me .Talk about a pair of toffs,prawn cocktails,camp oven roasts and damper,hope you never forgot to hold the little finger up as you drank the beer mate.Nice vid again Shane .....keep em coming when you get time off .....cheers

Hi Shane, What did you think of the vinegar while cooking your chearpin? I use vinegar and some brown sugar and salt when doing red claw from the dams here in QLD, They are a bit muddy otherwise. From clean water, as you say, you would not think you need to worry about it. Just curious if the vinegar enhanced the flavor?
