Looks amazing! Just one suggestion is use warm water not hot, because water that is too hot can “burn” the matcha and make it more bitter. For a smoother and sweeter taste, about 80 degrees is the way to go. Also that foam is glorious.

Just to clarify for everyone, it should be about 70-80 degrees Celsius or approximately 175 degrees Fahrenheit. It's still going to be hot, but do not use boiling water.

⁠@@jilliannotice8852 The bamboo whisk is 8 bucks on Amazon. That’s all you you really need. Just a few simple steps and boom you got some good grass milk. Even easier, at Starbucks, we just combine a few scoops of matcha powder and shake with the milk and pour. People are just too lazy to do it themselves but would rather spend 5 buck on a 16oz

Props to you for buying good quality matcha and using the bamboo whisk! The only thing is if you're drinking matcha for its health benefits, then I'd recommend ditching the dairy products. A little bit of coconut creamer or coconut milk is a good alternative, plus you might not even need the vanilla syrup either! Good luck!

Yummy! It makes all the difference with the high quality matcha. I just used my frother for the foam and it is 👌 I failed to make dalgona but it still turned into a really good latte!

@@KimberlyCherrell Aww you are too sweet to have responded. I used both. At first I used lactose free 2% along with the whipping cream. Then I switched to regular 2%. Idk…I’ll keep on trying. So glad I discovered your video though! It’ll save me tons of money.
