I’ve never been able to fully grasp the concept of knotless braiding until watching this tutorial. In a way it seems easier than knot/box braids but more tedious.

Cute! (BUT that $89 😢lol) I do the same style (it’s my signature). Suggestion for next time to cut cost on the hair. Get a master mix (human hair blend-price run $9.99 to $20ish) for the root braids and feed in the 100% human for leave out and the bottom half. Same look, feel, tangle free and light weight style for less out of pocket on hair. Nice video, blessings ❤

Your hair looks great per usual! I like that you don't mind trying a style and saving money by doing it yourself. I would try this style on my daughter's hair bc I think I would put all kinds of knots in my own hair. 😂 I haven't tried regular box braids on myself yet. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Nice! You usually do a great job with your hair. I wash even my synthetic hair before I use it. So, thank you for the tip anyway. I like the idea of braiding your hair first, and then adding the hair. I am in school and I don't want nor do I have the time, to learn how to do "knotless braids."

Guhhhh we ina same boat. My parts be Egyptian pyramids blocks after the ages some have Egyptian pyramids angles and precision 😂😂 but the hair be lookin natural when not straight. But straight parts and a practice. Beautiful either way 😍

Great job look up tree braids. I use to do my hair like this back in the 2000’s but a lot skinnier and yep that hair always been pricey the 20inches was $50 so not that far off from the old price.

This is exactly what I went to a stylist and asked for and she could t do it right but the human hair on the ends kept unraveling and she crotchet the leave out in the braid that would loosen up and slide out. Gave her 2 chances now I’m thinking of doing it myself. I think braiding in the human hair leave instead of crotcheth will fix that problem but I’m hoping you have a good method for the end of the braid

So Clever, Well thought out and Beautiful !!! And I hate braiding hair because no matter what I do to prep it, it still itches. it is worth the extra money to use all human hair. It will last and you can swim as long as you take care of it. Question, can you re-use any of the hair?

Darn you Mermaid Kim. I said I wasn't gonna try box braids again after spending 17 hours trying weeks ago just to take them out the next night!! 😫 It's beautiful though 😍. One thing about Us is we're gonna pay.. in diy'ing or paying a braider 😭 We just need to do each other's hair for the low low, sheesh!
